At Beatrice Direct, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully, as our products are custom-made through a print-on-demand process. This means each item is unique and produced specifically for you when you place an order.
Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please double-check product details, sizes, and colors before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To qualify:
- Contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
- Provide a clear photo showing the issue. For issues affecting multiple items of the same design, an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame will be required.
Unsuccessful Delivery
- For unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping information or other reasons outside of our control, you can choose between:
- A reprint with an additional charge.
- A partial refund.
Print Tolerances
- For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, a print placement tolerance of 0.5 inches is considered acceptable and will not be treated as a defect.
